Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Trafford City is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Assistant-Breakfast to join our team. An occasional worker, you will help prepare and serve breakfast, greet guests with a smile and ensure a welcoming dining experience for all.

This role offers flexible shifts, the chance to gain hospitality experience, and access to staff discounts and meal benefits. No formal experience required, just a positive attitude and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle tasks.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of breakfast in a timely, friendly manner.
• Maintain clean, well-organised dining areas in line with safety standards.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Support F&B team with setup, clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Assist with event coordination and special functions when required.
• Keep areas well-stocked and presented to a high standard.
