Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Breakfast Host for 30 hours a week to be the first point of contact for guests each morning, setting a warm, seamless tone for breakfast service.

Working with the breakfast and kitchen teams, you will review reservations, assist with guest preferences, and ensure the restaurant layout is prepared while delivering a personalised guest experience in line with Nobu standards.

Qualifications

• You bring experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
• Organised, confident and personable, you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast paced setting.
• With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you take pride in delivering service that feels warm, seamless and genuine.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable first impression
• Review reservations, VIP arrivals and guest preferences ahead of service
• Ensure table plans and restaurant layouts are prepared and accurate
• Support smooth communication between the breakfast, kitchen and front office teams
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised breakfast experience
• Handle guest queries and requests professionally and confidently
• Support and welcome new team members into the breakfast team
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas to improve the guest experience
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work
• Be available to support other hotel departments when required
