Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, a division within the Aimbridge Hospitality group, is seeking a Breakfast Food & Beverage Team Member in Leeds. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, replenish the breakfast buffet, and handle payments with a focus on exceptional guest service.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility for early starts and varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed to support a busy hotel breakfast service.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage experience is not essential but passion for guest experience helps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests professionally.
• Team player with ability to support colleagues across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep a clean dining area.
• Availability for early starts (0530am) and varying shifts.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays when required.

• Serve food and beverages and replenish the breakfast buffet.

A day in the life of…

As a Breakfast Food & Beverage Team Member, your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, replenishing the breakfast buffet, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area. You will also assist with restocking supplies, supporting food preparation as needed, and seamlessly transitioning to set up for lunch and dinner services. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and keen attention to detail are essential qualities that will make you excel in this role. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

What do we need from you?

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Availabilty to be scheduled on for early starts (from 0530am onwards), both of weekdays and weekends.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays when required.
