You will direct service, manage VIP reservations and collaborate with senior dining staff to ensure flawless execution, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and presentation in a storied estate setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily restaurant performance, ensuring smooth flow and a seamless guest journey
• Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic cast of kitchen and front-of-house stars
• Develop and mentor teams to confidence and excellence
• Curate an atmosphere of excellence from service and ambience
• Conduct pre-service briefings and opening night pep talks
• Manage VIP reservations, private events, and bespoke experiences
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to ensure seamless communication
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
• Oversee rotas, payroll, and stock management behind the scenes
• Deliver performance reports and help hit KPIs
• Infuse the Grand experience into guest interactions across all teams
