Job summary

Dumbleton Hall in the Cotswolds, part of Bespoke Hotels, is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager to director the dining experience, command the floor, and shape each guest journey like a scene from a bygone era.

You will lead a dedicated service team with flair, ensure flawless morning operations across breakfast service, manage VIPs and events with discretion, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to deliver elegant, attentive hospitality in a historic setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-end dining teams.
• Excellent guest service with polished demeanor.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage VIP reservations and events.
• Flexible across 5 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily breakfast service and guest journey.
• Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and Head Chef.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee rotas, payroll, and stock control.
• Deliver performance reports and KPI tracking.
