Job summary

MyNewTerm is seeking a caring Breakfast Club and Midday Supervisor to support a safe, welcoming school environment before and at lunchtimes. You will help prepare simple breakfasts, supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, and promote positive behaviour in line with the school's values.

Working mornings with set hours, you will join a collaborative team, contribute to health and safety, support children’s wellbeing, and participate in staff training.

Qualifications

• Puts children first and contributes to a safe school environment.
• Supports planning and overseeing a varied programme of activities.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve simple, nutritious breakfasts in line with food hygiene standards.
• Ensure the Breakfast Club runs smoothly and safely.
• Supervise children before the start of the school day and during lunchtimes.
• Promote positive behaviour, good manners and healthy eating.
