Job summary

NPT Pass in Neath is seeking a part-time breakfast supervisor to assist in preparing and serving healthy breakfasts at Ysgol Gynradd Carwg Primary School and other schools in the County Borough. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:10–08:40, contributing 2.5 hours per week during term time.

Working within the school catering team, you will order and prepare breakfast items, supervise pupils, and ensure compliance with Food and Health and Safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene

Qualifications

• Duties include assisting in the preparation and service of healthy breakfasts.
• Comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations.
• Work as part of the school catering team within the schedule, with DBS disclosure.
• This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure (Child’s) from the DBS.

As part of the Welsh Assembly Government’s commitment to providing free, healthy breakfasts to children of primary school age we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the preparation and serving of healthy breakfasts and the supervision of pupils at various schools throughout the County Borough.

Duties and expectations:

• Work as part of the catering team within the school.
• Be responsible for the ordering and preparation of food and service of breakfast.
• Able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
