Qualifications

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Enjoys early shifts and breakfast service.
• Pride in producing well‑cooked, well‑presented food.
• Calmly and efficiently in a structured kitchen environment.
• Understands hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
• Enjoys being part of a supportive team and contributing to a smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast and pastries.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas, equipment and workstations.
• Support the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and stock levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support a smooth service.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Assist with training and support of junior kitchen team members.
