Offshore, located on the seafront in Lytham St Annes, seeks a Breakfast Chef to lead a key kitchen section with a focus on presentation and freshness. You will be an early riser, punctual, and consistent, taking responsibility for your area before, during, and after service.

You will uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety, ensure correct storage, labeling and dating of stock, and work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver heartfelt hospitality.
