Job summary

Premier Inn in Inverness is seeking a Breakfast Chef to prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, contributing to a smooth start to the day and a busy dinner service. The role offers a permanent contract with 30 hours per week and shifts that include early mornings, weekends and holidays.

You’ll work as part of a friendly hotel kitchen team, focusing on breakfast service, kitchen prep, stock handling and collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure meals are presented well and served

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; willing to learn.
• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours.
• Reliable, team player and able to stay calm in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
