Premier Inn in Stirling South is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. The role includes breakfast and dinner service, working as part of a busy team, and ensuring meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.

No hotel experience is required; candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service roles are welcome. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest and support your development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and store stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking presentable
