Breakfast Chef

We are seeking to add a talented Breakfast Chef to our Main Kitchen team at The Lanesborough.

Located near Hyde Park and close to Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and London's premier shopping districts, this luxury hotel features 93 suites and bedrooms, modern British cuisine at The Lanesborough Grill, and other amenities including the Library Bar, Garden Room, and Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Candidate Profile

The Breakfast Chef will deliver high-quality breakfast offerings, adapt to guest requirements, and maintain consistency in culinary standards. The role requires overseeing all breakfast kitchen activities, preparing dishes according to recipes, and ensuring high standards of service.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef in a busy fine dining environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• London experience is desirable but not essential.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section.
• Excellent cooking skills and command of English.
• Manual handling and occasional heavy lifting required.
