Relais & Châteaux at Thornbury Castle is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our brigade of talented chefs. You will be mentored by our Executive Chef, David William, and contribute to delivering memorable 5-dish experiences for our guests in a unique castle setting.

We require breakfast expertise and experience in high-end dining, with a professional approach and strong teamwork. The role is full-time, on-site, with additional benefits and opportunities for career development.

• 3AA rosette or micheline experience.

Relais & Châteaux at Thornbury Castle is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our Brigade of talented Chefs. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle, mentored by our exceptional Executive Chef, David William, creating truly memorable and impressive 5*dishes for our guests.

About Us

Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has almost completed a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes’ drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces. our food style is modern British using the best locally sourced produce from our kitchen garden and around the southwest. We operate 7 days a week, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and Sunday lunch as well as the occasional wedding and functions.

• You will be responsible for the preparation and service of the breakfast section, supporting the team and helping colleagues
• Bringing a calm, mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure
• Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
• Dedicated, excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the Ambition to succeed at the highest levels

• Full time permanent position 40 hours per week ( 5 days a week)
• Salary £31000k per annum
• An additional monthly share of service charge and tips
