We require breakfast expertise and experience in high-end dining, with a professional approach and strong teamwork. The role is full-time, on-site, with additional benefits and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast and high-end restaurants.
• 3AA rosette or micheline experience.
• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and service the breakfast section, supporting the team.
• Assist colleagues and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
