Job summary

Maison Estelle's Celeste in Notting Hill, London, is seeking a Breakfast Chef de Partie to lead your section during the busiest part of the day, delivering a high-quality breakfast service with precision, pace and consistency. From à la carte dishes to bakery support, you’ll ensure each plate meets our exacting standards while keeping the kitchen organised and service flowing smoothly.

3-4 years of experience in a senior commis or CDP role within a high-end or luxury kitchen.
Strong understanding of breakfast cookery, including egg work, hot items, and basic pastry/bakery support
Good knowledge of production planning and kitchen hygiene
Calm, efficient, and able to work confidently in early-morning service with a focus on quality and consistency
