Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing the breakfast buffet, replenishing it as needed, and ensuring all food is presented to a high standard.

You will also assist with lunch and dinner service, support conferences or events, and uphold rigorous hygiene and safety standards across kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and adherence to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast dishes and buffet to menu specifications and maintain quality throughout service.
• Assist with lunch and dinner service and support conferences or events as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and food prep areas.
