Job summary

The Fellows House is seeking a Breakfast Chef to deliver an excellent breakfast service for hotel guests, using fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will report to the Head Chef and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef, ideally in a hotel or busy kitchen.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy breakfast service.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a high-quality breakfast service with fresh ingredients.
• Produce a range of breakfast dishes including eggs, pastries and special requests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and portion control.
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and well-maintained.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste.
