Join a team in a luxury setting where presentation, dietary awareness and precise timing are key. You’ll work early shifts, weekends and holidays, contributing to seasonal menus in a vibrant, design-forward environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as a breakfast or line chef is preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• A calm, organised approach and good presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of dietary needs and allergen awareness.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and flair.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.
  Previous experience as a breakfast or line chef, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• A calm, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• A creative eye for presentation and a strong understanding of dietary needs.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
