Chickpea is seeking a Head Chef to lead by example, set high standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver a kitchen where people can thrive. Our food ethos is shaped by the kitchen teams across the group, so you’ll help deliver it brilliantly, service after service, while helping people grow.

We’re founder-owned and seven years in, running ten pubs across the Southwest. Great pubs are built by great people.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality-led kitchen.
• A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellence, every service.
• A natural leader who can motivate, support and develop a team.

Food sits at the heart of everything we do. We cook with the seasons, work closely with local suppliers, and let great produce lead the menu. We keep things simple, make as much as we can from scratch and believe brilliant ingredients don't need unnecessary fuss.

We're looking for a Head Chef who leads by example, sets high standards, and collaborates with their team to create a kitchen where people can thrive.
