St Austell Brewery's Port William at Trebarwith Strand is hiring a Breakfast Chef to join our friendly kitchen team. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality dishes as part of a collaborative team.

Two shifts offered (07:00–12:00 or 07:00–15:00, five days a week). We provide competitive perks including meals on shift, discounts, training, and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Breakfast service experience preferred.
• Able to work early shifts and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Assist in breakfast service, ensuring dishes meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to follow procedures and recipe specs.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen operation.

You’ll be working at a contemporary pub with comfy accommodation that’s mere moments from the sea, with spectacular walking trails leading in all directions.

Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a Chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
