Job summary

The Fort Inn in Newquay, part of St Austell Brewery, is seeking an ambitious Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen team by the coast. You’ll cook with locally sourced produce and ensure each dish meets our exacting standards while supporting a welcoming guest experience.
