The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef for The King’s Head Inn in Newton-under-Roseberry, Captain Cook Country. You will take full responsibility for your breakfast section, ensuring top presentation and adherence to hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

We value punctuality, teamwork, and a passion for fresh food. This on-site role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for progression and staff benefits across our Inns.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast service is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP hygiene.
• Ability to work early mornings and maintain high standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain food hygiene, safety, and stock control.
• Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with kitchen organization and stock management.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
