Job description

Breakfast Chef position available in a luxury hotel near Newquay.

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfasts and support the team with food preparation and bakery whilst overseeing the morning trade within the kitchen.

Main Duties:

• Prepare fresh ingredients
• Cook food and prepare food in a timely manner
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain Health, Safety, Food & Hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
• Liaise with Head Chef to ensure the smooth execution of day to day processes
• Support other sections within the brigade as necessary

The ideal candidate for Breakfast Chef:

• Previous experience as Breakfast Chef
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week
