Role Overview

A Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast and buffet offerings to ensure an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast, buffet, and other meal periods to high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination
• Prepare mise-en-place for breakfast and other meal services
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest queries
• Ensure food quality and proper storage
• Assist in controlling costs and achieving financial targets
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain good working relationships
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues
• Comply with security, fire, health, and food safety regulations
• Be environmentally conscious

Candidate Profile

To succeed as a Breakfast Chef at Hilton, you should possess:

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Ability to work under pressure
