Melville Inn in Lasswade near Edinburgh is seeking a Breakfast Chef to master the menu and thrive in a fast-paced service. You'll work as one team to deliver great breakfasts, pastries, and continental options, with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous cook/chef experience in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
