Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Chef for the Melville Inn within Vintage Inns in Lasswade. You will master the menu and cook dishes that keep guests returning, while enjoying a collaborative team environment and pride in every plate.

The role sits in a charming rural pub setting with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. You’ll be supported with a flexible shift pattern, substantial brand discounts, access to Wagestream for earned pay, funded qualifications, progression
