The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard and ensuring that all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries, and other breakfast items.
2. Ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
3. Maintaining and cleaning all kitchen equipment to a high standard.
4. Assisting in the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and inventory.
5. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
6. Working collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation.
7. Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times.
8. Assisting in the training of junior kitchen staff as required.
