Job summary

Breakfast Chef position at One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow. The role is primarily Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work, offering a rate of £13.30 per hour plus tronc (up to £15.30 including tronc).

• Experience as Breakfast Chef in a 1 AA Rosette or higher kitchen.
• Chef de Partie level experience desired for career progression.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends as needed.

• Prepare continental breakfast and cook breakfast from the A la Carte menu.
• Work in a 3 AA Rosette level kitchen.
• Support team in maintaining quality and presentation of breakfast service.

Breakfast Chef, One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow - This role is primarily working Monday - Friday, however occasional weekend work may be required in line with business needs

Rate of pay / Hours: £13.30ph (plus tronc)

One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It is a step apart from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards and has an enviable reputation for service and style. We offer a seasonally changing A la Carte menu reflecting the best that the local area offers. Chefs from this 3 AA Rosette kitchen have progressed in their careers to work in Michelin starred establishments.

As Breakfast Chef you will be required to prepare the continental breakfast and cook breakfast from our A la Carte breakfast menu. You will be an experienced Chef De Partie having worked in kitchens cooking to a 1 AA Rosette standard or higher and you will be looking for the next step in your career.
