Job summary

Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Glasgow is seeking a Breakfast Chef for One Devonshire Gardens. The role mainly runs Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as business needs dictate.

The successful candidate will prepare continental breakfast and cook from the A la Carte breakfast menu in a 1 AA Rosette kitchen. You should be an experienced Chef De Partie, capable of delivering high-quality breakfast dishes and maintaining service standards in a busy, period property.

Qualifications

• Experienced Chef De Partie in kitchens cooking to 1 AA Rosette standard or higher.
• Ability to prepare continental and A la Carte breakfast.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

As Breakfast Chef you will be required to prepare the continental breakfast and cook breakfast from our A la Carte breakfast menu.You will be an experienced Chef De Partie having worked in kitchens cooking to a 1 AA Rosette standard or higher and you will be looking for the next step in your career.
