Job summary

Aramark UK are recruiting a talented Chef to join the Education sector at Mid Kent College, TN9 1FN. This permanent role offers term-time hours (35 weeks), a 35-hour week with a 7am start from Monday to Friday, and a salary of £17,000 per annum. Job Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
• Full knowledge of all menu items served

• Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements andidentifyany anomalies and incidents
• Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
• Assistingin the compilation of allshiftopening and closing checklists
