Job summary

Aramark is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their team at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield. This permanent role offers 35 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend support for events. You will be responsible for maintaining food hygiene, assisting with meal prep, and ensuring quality food service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a strong understanding of food hygiene and safety. Aramark promotes career development and offers extensive training and apprenticeship opportunities.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
• Assistin prep for breakfast & lunch service
• Make food to recipe
• Carry out &maintainFIFO stock rotation
• Assist the Head Chef with stock management
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings
