New Forest Hotels at Burley Manor is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook high-quality breakfasts, helping set the tone for a memorable guest stay and work as part of a friendly brigade.

This role suits someone who enjoys early starts, takes pride in food quality and hygiene, and collaborates with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Burley Manor site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally preparing breakfast service.
• A genuine passion for producing great food with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfasts to a consistently excellent standard.
• Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently and with a smile.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards.
• Monitoring stock, checking deliveries and storing produce correctly.
• Assisting with ordering and stock control.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to maintain excellent food safety standards and environmental health scores.
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider team with additional kitchen duties where required.

Key responsibilities of our Breakfast Chef:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfasts to a consistently excellent standard
