We are searching for an outstanding and reliable Breakfast Chef for our 102-bedroom boutique HOTEL INDIGO. Our offering includes a full buffet and a special À la Carte menu cooked to order.

This is a great opportunity to join us at the award-winning Daisy Taskers Restaurant, located within Hotel Indigo, Dundee, and work with some of the best people in the city.

Hours of work are from 5am to 12pm, 3-5 days per week. Due to the early start times, own transport or the ability to get to the hotel is essential.

The Role:

• To ensure that breakfast is cooked and presented to quality standards.
• Manage production efficiencies and wastage control.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Receive and check deliveries.
• Assist with dinner service preparation as required.
