Job summary

The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead a section in a fast-paced kitchen and uphold top food hygiene standards. You’ll be a reliable early riser, punctual and capable of taking full responsibility for your area before, during, and after service.

You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain quality, safety, and presentation, following company policy and legislation at all times.

• High standards of food hygiene and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example during service.
