Job summary

St John Vianney Catholic Primary School in Blackpool invites applications for a Breakfast and After School and Holiday Club Lead. You will oversee the out of school provision, manage staff, plan activities, and ensure safe, nurturing experiences for children aged 4–11.

You will lead day-to-day operations, handle administration, records and budgets, foster positive relationships with families, and contribute to safeguarding and Catholic ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children in school or childcare settings.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the After School and Holiday Club provision.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 4-11.
• Supervise and support club staff.
• Manage administration, records and budgets.
• Promote positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety and wellbeing.
• Develop the provision to meet the needs of pupils and families.
