Parker Meggitt in Fareham is seeking a Brazing Assembly Operator to support the assembly of precision aerospace components and operation of vacuum brazing processes within a manufacturing environment. You will assemble collared springs, prepare parts for brazing, load furnaces, and complete quality documentation, ensuring safety, accuracy and high quality standards in a busy production setting.

Competenze

• Experience in assembling aerospace components in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience with brazing processes, vacuum brazing desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and route cards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, traceability and controlled processes.
• Forming experience would be advantageous.

Position Summary

The Role:

We are seeking a Brazing Assembly Operator to support the assembly of precision aerospace components and operation of vacuum brazing processes within a manufacturing environment. This role will involve assembling collared springs and associated components, preparing parts for brazing, operating vacuum furnaces and completing quality documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards.
