Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Brazer, Welder or Solderer to join a busy production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Diss. The role offers excellent overtime and a clear path to permanent employment after a successful trial period.

You will braze components, read engineering drawings and work to high quality and safety standards within a busy manufacturing environment. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in brazing, soldering, welding or similar manufacturing process.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good practical skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Sound understanding of health and safety practices in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out brazing operations in accordance with drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare materials and components prior to assembly and brazing.
• Assemble parts accurately to ensure correct fit and alignment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and report defects.
• Complete production records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with health and safety procedures.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Are you an experienced Brazer, Welder or Solderer looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing business?

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Brazer to join a busy production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period, with excellent working hours and regular overtime available.

As a Brazer, you will be responsible for the preparation, assembly and brazing of components and sub-assemblies in line with engineering drawings, quality standards and production schedules.

You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out brazing operations in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions
• Prepare materials and components prior to assembly and brazing
• Assemble parts accurately to ensure correct fit and alignment
