Job summary

ASC Connections in Redditch is seeking an experienced Brazer/Warehouse Operative in a busy manufacturing setting. The role combines flame brazing with general warehouse duties and offers a path from temporary to permanent employment.

You will read engineering drawings, assemble copper tube components, assist with stock movement, packing, dispatch, and pallet making in a hands-on environment.

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.

Job description

Due to increased production, We are currently looking for an experienced Brazer/Warehouse Operative on behalf of a busy Manufacturing company in Redditch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with brazing experience who enjoys a hands‑on role and is happy to support warehouse operations when required.

About the role

This is a split position combining flame brazing and general warehouse duties. You will be responsible for assembling and brazing metal components to a high standard while also assisting with stock movement, making pallets, packing and dispatch when required.

Hours of work: 7am-5:15pm Monday to Thursday (Fridays off) however, this is subject to company needs.

Pay: Up to £14 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Brazer, Torch Brazer, Gas Brazer or Brazing Operative
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidentlyExperience working within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment.
