Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in a French-inspired kitchen is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborative, professional, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed and precision.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace before, during, and after service.
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture.
