Job summary

PVH Corp. on Regent Street is seeking a Brand Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store presentation of TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN at our flagship location.

You will interpret brand guidelines, style mannequins, map floor space and maintain high visual standards that attract customers and drive sales. With 3+ years in retail, you will collaborate with store managers, VM coordinators and HO VM teams, delivering training, seasonal guidelines and model store executions while staying nimble

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Creative and commercially aware with decisive communication
• Able to adapt quickly and work with pace
• Operate with purpose and integrity and take ownership with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Promote the brand merchandise and deliver an exceptional standard of visual presentation inside and in the windows.
• Support installation of window schemes to a high standard and maintain daily output.
• Style mannequins according to guidelines and market direction.
• Participate in staff meetings and keep the team up to date with changes.
• Implement brand visual guidelines with market-specific direction.
• Monitor the VM presentation and revenue-related measures with store teams.
• Collaborate with VM Co-ordinator and Store Managers on floor space mapping.
• Assist in planning and executing SALE and model store guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge to enable effective selling and replenishment.
• Provide training on visual execution and standards to store teams.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and report back to VM HQ.
