You will maintain the brand identity, promote product and deliver exceptional display standards in-store and in windows. With 2+ years in retail, you will follow brand guidelines, manage layouts, style mannequins and collaborate with Store and Area VM teams to ensure consistent presentation and strong commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Creative, commercially aware with clear presentation to impact at all levels.
• Able to adapt quickly, work with pace and manage change.
• Owns work with integrity and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage the store's visual proposition inside and in windows.
• Install window schemes to a high standard and maintain daily.
• Style mannequins according to guidelines and market direction.
• Map floor space with Store Manager to optimise collections and options.
• Collaborate with Area VM and Store Manager on seasonal guidelines.
• Support replenishment and training on visual execution.
