John Lewis Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Brand Sponsored Partner on a part-time basis. You will work with colleagues and the Brand and Team Manager to generate sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain shop standards and stock availability to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty to our brand.

This role includes weekend hours and a late shift until 20:10, with flexible working where possible.

Formación

• Basic IT literacy required.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering excellent and market leading customer experiences.
• Put the customer at the heart of everything by proactively acknowledging them and taking the time to identify their needs and expectations.
• Ensuring customers engage directly with the John Lewis brand and the Brand you support through personalised and social marketing.
• Being aware of best sellers and sales performance to help drive promotions and newness.
• Help create and support marketing events to drive footfall and new customers.
• Maximise productivity by offering ideas for continuous improvements.
