Job summary

Freshfields is seeking a Creative Document Specialist to join our team and deliver high-quality presentations and collateral while upholding strict house style across the firm’s global offices. The role emphasizes advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished outputs for lawyers and business services teams.

You will learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Must have previous document production experience in a legal environment or advanced Microsoft Word skills in a document production role in other sectors.
Must possess the confidence and motivation to challenge and improve the way that work is done.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality presentations, training guides, posters and collateral within tight deadlines.
Convert documents to house style using firm templates and ensure accuracy.
Troubleshoot textual, graphic and printing issues across packages.
Interpret complex briefs and deliver documents on time with clarity and correctness.
Proofread and quality check all work ensuring edits are coherent and logical.
Maintain and update knowledge of the firm’s global templates and brand guidelines.
Manage workflow, book and allocate work, prioritise requests, and collaborate across locations.
