Job summary

Frasers Group in Shirebrook seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to join our design discipline. You will craft high-quality presentations, convert complex information into clear visual stories and produce reports using Adobe Creative Suite.

You’ll build templates and reusable assets, manage multiple requests, and collaborate with Learning and Development, Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams. Travel to London and other Frasers Group locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design role.
• Portfolio showing presentation design and business communications.
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Clear communication and ability to work with colleagues at different levels.
• Organise workload and manage multiple requests.
• Attention to detail across proofreading and brand consistency.
• Experience designing for senior leaders or large organisations.
• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, premium, lifestyle or sport.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or Keynote.
• Experience creating templates, design systems or branded toolkits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related subject.

Responsibilities

• Designing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Turning complex information into clear visual stories.
• Creating reports, documents and visual communications using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Building templates, toolkits and reusable design assets.
• Managing a mix of planned work and short-notice requests.
• Collaborating with Learning and Development, Brand, Marketing, Commercial and other teams.
• Ensuring every piece of work is accurate and aligned with our brand.
• Handling confidential information with care.
