Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy housekeeping department is essential.
• Strong hands-on leadership and ability to coach from the floor.
• Commercial focus to drive productivity while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor with rigorous inspections and first-time quality.
• Monitor productivity, linen usage, stock pars, and payroll benchmarks.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Room Attendants to Village standards.
