Village Hotels is opening Village Hotel Sheffield and is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who thrives on being on the floor, leading from the front, and setting the absolute standard from day zero. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role in a brand-new hotel.

Interviews run week commencing 16th November with start in January, allowing you to ready the department ahead of guest arrivals. You will be pivotal in building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy housekeeping department is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the Floor: lead from the front, perform rigorous inspections and uphold real-time standards.
• Monitor productivity, linen usage and stock; hit payroll benchmarks without compromising quality.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Room Attendants to achieve Village standard excellence.
