Qualifications

• Experience as Catering Manager or General Manager or similar leadership role.

• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of food service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
