A multinational food and beverage company in Reading is seeking a Brand Manager for Snack a Jacks. You will manage branding initiatives, engage stakeholders, and drive innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong brand-building skills, experience in budget management, and a proactive approach to project management. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to lead significant initiatives.
As the Snack a Jacks Brand Manager, you will leverage your skills to help deliver the ‘in-year’ and next year plan.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver the 2025 & 2026 calendar activations and innovations, executing the brand plans and being the SAJ expert within the Portfolio team. All the while you will need to keep the consumer at the heart of all you do whilst ensuring we are building the strongest commercial opportunities for the brand to grow and expand its’ footprint. You’ll champion the brand within the business, ensuring we are exciting associates with our full-year plans by leading the internal launch calendar. You will need to be entrepreneurial and good at working with multiple stakeholders to ensure we are successful.
For the role of Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
• Working with SBM to deliver Snack a Jacks brand plans with key responsibilities with design, line extensions, innovation, website and Internal launches.• Supporting SBM to build the 12 month+ plans, with key project responsibilities.• Be a SAJ expert to drive focus with internal stakeholders and external partners consult/lead as necessary across brand shopper activations from brief to deployment.• Lead brand reporting and budget management.• Lead internal launches and website development .• Be the no.1 champion for Snack a Jacks and the 12month brand plans by owning internal launches throughout the year to engage stakeholders and associates across the business.
