We’re seeking an entertainment fanatic with significant experience in developing top-tier marketing for major brands, whether agency or client side. This role involves planning, producing, and executing large marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams. You will negotiate with key business partners and global teams to align marketing plans and manage all aspects of project execution for our EU Live Event & Sports properties, including Operación Triunfo, Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Roland-Garros, Wimbledon, and NBA.

Key job responsibilities
  • End-to-End campaign strategy and planning for EU Live Event & Sports properties.
  • Development and delivery of marketing assets across ATL and BTL channels.
  • Stakeholder management, including collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Insights, PR, Legal) to identify and prioritize needs.
  • Work with external agencies (Production, Creative, Media) to develop impactful marketing assets for Live Event & Sports launches.
  • Serve as the point of contact for marketing partnerships and integrations beyond Prime Video’s core business.
  • Manage blocking issues, escalate when necessary, anticipate trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Basic qualifications
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience using customer research, data, and metrics to support assumptions, generate forecasts, and evaluate marketing efficacy.
  • Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels.
