We're seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to develop data-driven marketing campaigns for David Clulow. You'll implement the EssilorLuxottica brand calendar to drive eye test bookings and attract new customers. As the brand guardian, you'll support the rollout of a new brand proposition, manage local marketing for new and underperforming stores, and serve as the main point of contact for all brand-related matters.
You will lead the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with our banner strategy and consistent delivery across channels. Your responsibilities include creating campaign briefs, leading project meetings, and ensuring integrated media and creative execution. You will develop new propositions backed by data and insights to enhance brand consideration, acquisition, and loyalty.
Managing the marketing budget with accurate forecasting and reporting is essential. You will lead and mentor the Assistant Brand Manager and in-house Graphic Designer. Collaboration with global teams to optimize media plans and maximize ROI, managing the creation and distribution of customer-facing sales tools, and developing impactful brand initiatives will be key aspects of your role. Driving online eye test bookings through PPC, SEO, affiliates, and conversion rate initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will ensure campaign messages are integrated into CRM programs, create supplier-funded marketing activations, and build the brand to increase awareness, consideration, and advocacy. Supporting new store openings, refurbishments, and local marketing activities, you'll gather feedback from store colleagues and Regional Managers to optimize marketing efforts.
